SWAG Fiber Data Allowance Policy
At SWAG Fiber, we are committed to providing our customers with an unrestricted and high-quality internet experience. Therefore, we have a "no limits on data usage" policy. Our customers can enjoy unlimited data usage for all their internet activities, including streaming, gaming, browsing, and downloading, without worrying about data caps or overage charges. 2. Fair Usage While we do not impose data caps, our no-limits policy is subject to a fair usage clause. This is to ensure that all customers have fair access to our network resources. Extreme and continuous data consumption that disproportionately affects the network performance for other users may be subject to a review. However, this is a rare occurrence and does not apply to typical residential or small business usage. 3. Network Management We employ standard network management practices to ensure the stability and performance of our network for all users. These practices are not designed to limit data usage but to prevent network congestion and maintain a consistent quality of service. Our network management techniques do not target specific applications or data types. 4. Transparency SWAG Fiber is dedicated to transparency in all our policies. If there are any changes to our data usage policy, we will inform our customers well in advance through our official communication channels. 5. Customer Support If you have any questions or concerns about our data allowance policy or your data usage, please feel free to contact our customer support team. We are here to help you get the most out of your SWAG Fiber internet service.

SWAG Fiber Network Management Policy
SWAG Fiber Network Management Policy This policy is provided to inform our current and prospective customers, as well as third-party content providers and others, about the network management practices, performance characteristics, and commercial terms of our fixed wireless broadband internet access services. SWAG Fiber is committed to providing a transparent and open internet experience for all our customers in Sebastopol, MS, and surrounding areas. 1. General Network Management Practices SWAG Fiber manages its network to ensure a consistent and reliable internet experience for all users. Our network management practices are reasonable and designed to: Ensure Network Security and Integrity: We take measures to protect our network from unauthorized access, viruses, spam, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, and other activities that could harm the network or its users. Prevent Network Congestion: We monitor our network to prevent congestion, which can occur during periods of high usage. Our goal is to maintain a high-quality service for all users, especially during peak hours. Maintain Service Quality: Our practices are intended to deliver the advertised speeds and consistent performance to all customers. 2. Specific Network Management Practices Blocking SWAG Fiber does not block or otherwise prevent access to any lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices. Our policy is to provide an open internet where you are free to access the content you choose, without us getting in the way. Throttling SWAG Fiber does not throttle or degrade the speed of lawful internet traffic based on its content, application, service, user, or any non-harmful device. We do not intentionally slow down or prioritize any specific type of traffic. All traffic is treated on a "best efforts" basis. Paid Prioritization SWAG Fiber does not engage in any form of paid prioritization. We do not accept payment or any other consideration in exchange for favoring certain traffic over other traffic. This means that we do not offer any "fast lanes" or "slow lanes" for internet traffic. Congestion Management In the rare event of network congestion, SWAG Fiber's network management practices are application-agnostic. We don't target specific applications or services. Our automated systems are designed to manage traffic in a fair and neutral manner to minimize the impact on all users. These systems may temporarily and indiscriminately adjust traffic to address the congestion, ensuring that the network remains stable and functional for everyone. We do not employ any usage-based policies to manage congestion. 3. Network Performance The performance of our fixed wireless service can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as: The number of users on our network at a given time. The type and configuration of your equipment (e.g., router, computer, devices). The distance between your location and our wireless access point. The presence of physical obstructions, such as trees or buildings. The performance of the websites or services you are accessing. The quality of your in-home wiring and Wi-Fi network. We make every effort to deliver the speeds advertised on our Broadband Labels. The typical download and upload speeds and latency for our services are listed on the labels, and we strive to meet those performance metrics consistently. 4. Privacy Our network management practices do not involve monitoring, inspecting, or storing the content of your internet traffic. We only collect the information necessary to maintain and improve our network, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found at SWAGFiber.com/#privacy-policy.
